sleeper with deluxe mattresses each in a separate room of the home for your
privacy. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Fully
equipped and very large kitchen. BBQ grill, 2 outside decks, outdoor furniture. Acres of National Forest on our West lot line! (If you wish to
hike in the wilderness you should visit the National Forest office just north of
Custer for precautions, recommended equipment, and maps. Absolutely no
children can be allowed to enter the forest without constant adult supervision)

This home has premium construction and
furnishings. As with all of our properties,
we will only rent to responsible adults who would care for and appreciate this
home.
Children are welcome only if they are well behaved and under constant adult
supervision.
No wood burning or fires of any kind (except normal
use of our gas grill or charcoal grill) are allowed. No rock collecting is allowed. If you have
a question whether a certain activity is allowed, please call and ask
before you proceed.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
